9.) No insulting / flaming / trolling on either games are allowed.

i think u sould also include this rule:
"No insulting/flaming/trolling on either games r allowed(TCG flame OCG, vice-versa)."
i saw this thing happen quite often in a few forums/web.

and since this is a mixed forum,
this rule can make peace.
